At the Omicho Market, the participants were divided into teams and shopped for fresh fish and other ingredients!

The highlight of this class was a chirashi-sushi showdown. When they were shopping at the Market, teams discussed what kind of chirashi-sushi they wanted to make and purchased the ingredients. Each team came up with their own ideas, such as sprinkling gold leaf or lavishly using shrimps and sea urchins.
