We held "Vegan sushi class" at Sushi lab. by Sumaya!
Vegan is a human who don't eat meat and fish and egg etc......
In Japan, I don't see it very often. But, There are vegan in abroad to take it for health and beauty reasons.
When you think of sushi, you think of vinegar rice and fish, but we didn't use any fish and made sushi by arranging vegetables and mushrooms.
There were 10types of vegan menu🥕
For example, "Teriyaki fried Tofu with ginger" and "Grilled eggplant with solt and miso", "Inarizushi" etc......
We will be uploading vegan sushi recipes on this Instagram from time to time, so please follow us and check it out.
Many of the participants were making sushi for the first time, but they were very good at making sushi.
It was supposed to be more difficult than usual, as it was made from vegetables rather than fish, so it slipped in the sauce and easily fell off the rice, but it was made very quickly.
Participants came from various countries such as France 🇫🇷, Philippines 🇵🇭, Italy 🇮🇹, and Bolivia 🇧🇴!
In "Sushi Lab. by Sumaya", you can make your own original sushi with a variety of toppings and sushi styles.
The instructor will slowly and carefully teach you how to make sushi that anyone can make!
